In this three days and two nights tour to Uluru, besides seeing the amazing monolith, cute French girl, I had another windfall from the tail of kangaroo which has a special function. During the time of our dinner, the tour guide showed us a long piece of stuff, put it next to his bum and jumped around like a kangaroo, it was a cut tail of a kangaroo, the cut part was a little bit bloody. The tour guide bought two. another one was still covered by foil, by which it's convenient to cook on a barbecue.

I'm not into this strange kind of food, one Taiwanese in the tour told me, the texture was like chicken neck, and tasted like beef without heavy taste. I told an English what it tastes like, I could know his thoughts through his facial expression, "What the fuxxing neck, .....". Part of the Aussie reckon Asians eat all kinds of food, such as the internal organs of chicken or pig, in Australia supermarket you have to buy them in the "Pet Food" area, and they are not pricey at all. I've heard some Taiwanese bought the internal organs from the supermarket to cook, and felt embarrassed.
